The use of meaningless and confusing terms like ‘visionary head start’ makes it very difficult to follow – it’s like reading Foucault and the other French post-structuralists. Of course, this may be what he’s aiming for so that ordinary orienteers can’t understand it. Fortunately, I can understand Thierry’s articles even though his English is not perfect.
