		<description><![CDATA[Most of the minute that Rønning Sund loses to Wyder on the 5th (the both run to the left) leg is comes from the difference in route choise at the end of the leg where Wyder runs up to the road while Rønning Sund takes a small path further below.

Another issue worth mentioning in this respect is the energy saved by running more on road/path. The route to the left may be a minute slower, but saves more energy. Both Rønning Sund and Wyder seem to have strong finishes.]]></description>
