He did many amazing races this year, with the JWOC Long as the standout achievement:

Looking at the tracking again just now, it becomes obvious that he was far faster than all the rest, basically getting a clear 1-min gap within the first 1-2 km, then he missed the 6th but kept the lead and from that point on he maintained a 4:30 min/km speed and won by many minutes.

This race _must_ deserve a nomination as the achievement of the year!
