Route to Christmas: Day 16 2021

Today’s leg in Route to Christmas 2021 is from Euromeeting – a long leg in alpine terrain at Bettmeralp in Switzerland. Thanks a lot to Christoph Salzmann for the tip!

Then you can take a look at how the runners have solved this leg below. Clearly it seems like using the path and staying high up in the terrain is the best option here.  Some are, however, tempted to go down (even backwards out of the control), and lose quite a lot of time due to that.
