WorldofO Maps updated: 1800 Norwegian maps

mapreg2.jpgWorld of O Maps has been updated, and now contains all maps from the newly updated Norwegian map register – a total of more than 1800 maps (including some duplicates). The Norwegian mapping group is doing a great job registering maps using a network of people in the regions – going from some hundred registered maps to 1800 registered maps in half a year. Due to problems with base maps for the registration applet not being available after 1/1/2007, there will be a lot of work in this area the coming weeks, and 2500 registered maps before we see 2007 could be a possibility.
