The best Jukola tactics is usually to get a good start in the first part of the relay, because then the next runners will have faster runners around them when running their legs. But how high up does your team need to be after the first leg to be able to gain from the teams around you? Exactly how much faster does the field go around position 100 compared to position 200 at the second leg?
