On a strong Russian day Dmitriy Tsvetkov and Tatyana Riabkina were fastest at Middle distance at the 6th CISM World Games in Korea today.
As always the start field was very strong in the men’s class, with multiple world champions Andrey Khramov and Matthias Kyburz finishing second and third.
Terrain and map
The terrain was described as hilly, green and challenging – the 4.1 km course in the men’s class was won in 33 minutes. Below is the map from the model event (via cism-orienteering.com). This article will be updated with the map from the event when available. The map for the long distance is the same as for the middle, and thus the map might not be available until after the long distance race.
