French Champs Middle: Coupat and Chataing

Vincent Coupat and Amelie Chataing won the French Championships middle distance this weekend. While Coupat’s victory was narrow, Chataing won with more than 4 minutes. Several of the top French men were not at the start.

According to Coupat’s entry in his Doma-archive, Basset got an injury towards the end of the course and lost some time there. Before the injury Basset had a small lead.
